On October 3rd, every Bon Appétit
cafe, university, and company cafeteria in the nation will serve food
grown entirely within 150 miles. Maisie Ganzler, director of
communications at Bon Appétit and Dave Evans, farmer & owner of Marin Sun Farms
tell us how the most delicious food, the most environmentally sound
distribution, and the support of your local farmers are all within a
